About the data

Finding the right event to meet suppliers, customers and partners is harder than it should be. Event listings are scattered across association sites, organizer portals and aggregators, and most don't tell you who actually attends. ConferenceFindr pulls those details into one searchable place.

Where listings come from

Events are discovered by searching the web industry by industry, then each event's official website is read to confirm its dates, venue, organizer, audience and published attendance figures. Every listing links to the official site and records the pages it was checked against.

What the numbers mean

Attendance and exhibitor counts are approximate and usually come from the organizer's own figures for a recent edition. “Year started” is the year the event was first held. Where something couldn't be confirmed, the listing says so rather than guessing.

Dates and venues can change. Always confirm on the official website before you book.
